the breakfast buffet was diverse. it had many choices. the room was really nice (i enjoyed the design!). the staff did a great job with customer service.
the bathroom was not great. it was very dark. the sea around the island was murky. it wasn't good for snorkeling.

I stayed in a beachfront villa. It was lovely. The wave sounds coming into our bungalow were quite noticeable. the staff made sure the premises were clean. I liked the restaurant staff. The food was delicious.

The hotel sits right on a peninsula and offers beach access on both sides. The staff were helpful from arrival until departure. I found them eager to assist. The breakfast provided a good offering. It had many options. The location is perfect for enjoying island life.
The keycard needed to remain in its holder to keep the air conditioning running. Returning to a warm room after being out was an issue. Paying extra for cold water from the fridge also seemed unusual given the room rate. I felt it should be included.

The location offered very nice ocean views each morning. The breakfast selection was great, and i especially liked the omelette station. The hotel grounds were well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly. They readily assisted with any request i had.
I found the bathroom in my bungalow to be quite dark and somewhat dated.

the staff helped us plan a day tour. it included emerald cave, koh kradan, and koh ngai. they met my family's needs, including my grandmother. the food had good options, including vegan.
the bathroom seemed dated. it had a plastic electric shower. this was not what i expected for this hotel. the key needs to be in for the ac to be on. it means you return to a hot room.
