a mixed experience

constant traffic unusable internet
the room was clean and seemingly fine.
The noise from the road was pretty constant. there was no double glazing so i heard every vehicle passing by. Sleep wasn't easy! also. The internet was the worst i have encountered in a hotel. It was virtually unusable.

warm staff approachable staff spacious room low water flow faulty toilet missing air conditioning
the staff were warm and approachable. Nothing WAS too much trouble for them. The spacious room had a brew kit replaced daily. ALL staff were friendly.
i found that the toilet did not flush properly. The water flow in the shower was BAD. the room lacked air conditioning, unlike some others. it was overpriced for this standard.

Romantic getaway to remember

great breakfast clean room quiet location
I loved the breakfast, the choices were great. The room was very clean and airy (perfect for a summer stay!). The location was quiet, and it. I also appreciated that the staff was friendly, helpful, and flexible.
The internet connection was the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel. It made planning my days harder.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast had amazing options and the dinner menu suited all tastes. There was a special chef's curry (a true delight!). The Sunday roast was also fantastic with excellent service.
Service
10/10
Staff were efficient, friendly, and professional (Bruce was a lovely host). Claire, the breakfast waitress, was really good, the best. The manager and his team were first class and attentive to every detail.
