The housekeeping team keeps every detail clean, from rooms to common areas. They clean each room thoroughly every day and follow strict hygiene protocols (this.). Ms. Derya at guest relations always provided prompt assistance. The service team fulfilled my needs quickly.

The gym could use a little updating. Some of the equipment looks a bit worn.
