The hotel location allowed easy access to many places on foot. The room included soft drinks and coffee, free every day. Staff members were helpful at all times. The hotel breakfast offered many choices.
I found the minibar was not always replenished daily. This happened every other day.

the staff was very cute . my room included a complimentary minibar with non-alcoholic drinks , restocked daily. i found the location convenient for accessing main attractions , restaurants , and shops.
the shower drain in my room drained slowly , potentially causing a minor overflow. this made showering slightly inconvenient , needing a bit more attention.

The staff was very helpful. Alicia and Mahmud specifically went out of their way to solve a tough situation for me. I am very grateful. The hotel is neat. The hotel is chic. One of my friends is super finicky about cleanliness and loved this hotel.
My husband got bit by bed bugs. We saw the bites then checked the mattress. I pulled up the sheets and found hair and blood stains. The hotel switched us rooms but they had zero sympathy.

i was not happy with the room service. i tried to order a late-night snack, but nobody answered the phone after several attempts. it was frustrating since i was hungry after a long day of travel! the minibar was also sparsely stocked. there were only a few beverage choices and hardly any snacks available. the selection was very limited, limited snack selection
