this hotel has great food. it had a wide variety of options at all times (i especially loved the fresh pizza!). the rooms were fine, and i upgraded to walk straight onto the beach. my mini bar was topped up daily with coke, fanta, sprite, and water. mohamed always checked in with me every evening.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

excellent securityking-size bedreally good professionalism

The security at the entrance was excellent, and I felt safe immediately because the staff were polite. The room had a king-size bed, not two singles combined. I enjoyed the beautiful view from my room every day. Noureddine in the theme restaurant was really good in professionalism and kindness.

There was a slight issue with slow cleaning service. I received clean towels around 5 pm almost every day, inconvenient after returning from the beach wanting to shower earlier.

The room included comfortable king-size bed. A safe was present inside the closet. Air conditioning worked well and maintained a steady temperature.

The beach was clean and safe, and it was very pleasant to relax there. A net prevented jellyfish from entering the swimming area. This made going into the water worry-free.

The entrance security was seriously good, they checked the cars. The room has a proper king-size bed not singles. There is a net at the beach that stops jellyfish. I think that is awesome.

The employees are not always consistent. I felt some seemed uninterested.

The breakfast selection offered a variety of choices. I found it quite satisfying. the staff, especially the receptionist zied, were professional. two beach waiters, mohamed and iskander, provided great service.

Soundproofing was lacking in the bedroom. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms. the bathroom was old-fashioned. i noticed very poor lighting. It was difficult to apply makeup.
