The hotel was very quiet. It. the cleanliness was immediately apparent throughout all the spaces. the staff were attentive and eager to help, it felt special. the modern design created a cute atmosphere.
the television remote didn't seem quite right for the tv, a small thing, honestly.

the room provided ample space and had lots of natural light, it also featured tasteful decor. i found the shower pressure strong, and the bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable for a good night's sleep.

breakfast featured a great selection of high quality foods (i particularly loved the fresh pastries). deborah, the waitress, was very friendly during my dinner in the restaurant. her service contributed positively to the overall dining experience.

The hotel features two gyms. One is within the hotel, and the other requires a 15 euro daily fee. the paid gym includes a spa, a pool, and modern equipment. a nice bar is also on site who want to unwind.

the hotel's location offers good value and sits near a tram stop, giving easy access to the city. a trip to sagrada familia took about 40 minutes by tram and metro. the area is quiet and a large supermarket is nearby.

the breakfast was good, especially the omelette station, i guess.
The ac barely worked . It reminded me of a sauna in the room. A fan would have been nice, but no such luck.

the front desk staff was very helpful. they even prepared a breakfast to go for me at 4 am, due to my early flight. the restaurant had an excellent menu and the waiter gave very good recommendations. the hotel is located a short distance from the airport.
the parking in the garage cost extra though that wasn't a huge issue.

the rooms are spacious and very clean, also the bathrooms are well kept. i found the beds to be quite firm while the pillows were nice. each room features an armchair and a desk, useful for both relaxation and work.

The hotel benefits from a convenient location with taxis always available outside. This made getting around very easy. there's a grocery store within walking distance along with several bars and restaurants. the beaches and the city center are accessible by a short drive or taxi ride.

the staff members were friendly and understanding . i found the reception staff to be particularly helpful and accommodating, ready to assist with any inquiries. the canteen staff also demonstrated a helpful attitude, especially when one of my friends celebrated a birthday.

The hotel rooms was very clean. The staff were friendly and understanding. There were always taxis waiting outside, so that was convenient.
The pool isn't in the hotel. The gym photos on the website was not the same and was false advertising. I booked this hotel for these 2 things. It was very misleading.

misleading advertisingextra surcharge
The hotel advertised a pool, but this pool required an extra fee to access it. I found this quite misleading since it seemed like an included amenity. the gym equipment was not as shown in pictures. This advertising seemed false, and this really annoyed me.
