The architectural design impressed me. I liked the sustainable concept. The staff surprised me with a congratulatory cake upon arrival. I enjoyed the lush nature and the fine pool view. The resort features lots of trees.
The roads leading to the hotel are not very well maintained.

The breakfast menu offers varied and delicious options, presented in a very pleasant setting. I found the food amazing, and there were sport activities available. The restaurant could improve to match the hotel quality.

The staff treated me like royalty, always ready to assist with any request. They are very friendly and helpful. I found the service really good from arrival until my departure. Every need was promptly addressed.

The pool area offers a beautiful ocean view and the pool is very clean. There is a gym with great equipment. I enjoyed the thoughtful design and comfortable spacing of the units. The treehouse was well-designed.

The location is quiet and not near the main road, but main attractions are accessible in minutes by car. I appreciated the isolated houses with quiet outdoor areas. The natural surrounding area helped me relax. There is a lot of hot water.

The resort gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Complimentary yoga sessions were offered daily near the pool area. I appreciated the complimentary cookies and tea provided each afternoon. They seemed like a special treat. the staff ensured every detail was perfect.
This disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. THE noise began early each morning.

The staff was SUPER attentive. They addressed all requests promptly. I found the service efficient and helpful, especially with arranging transportation and providing local recommendations. The team's dedication ensured a carefree stay.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I noticed the decor was modern. It created a relaxing ambiance. The provided toiletries were high-quality. They enhanced the overall experience, the room had an amazing VIEW.
