the staff provided unbelievable service and the cleanliness was really great. i got free luggage storage and a free upgrade which i really appreciated. i will return here when i visit again and the follow-up service was very fast. the staff were helpful and attentive to all my needs.

my room was showing a little wear and tear however i had a restful stay.

The location is good, near the Sands hotel. This made access to free shuttles convenient.

The air conditioning system was NOT effective at all. Despite technician visits, the room remained uncomfortably warm and humid. The front desk manager informed me that the hotel policy restricts temperature settings to a minimum of 23°C. I found this ridiculous.

The rooms were very spacious and super clean with lovely décor. The soft bed ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of options, a good start to the day. Pocholo assisted with our luggage and quickly arranged a large taxi for us, which i appreciated a lot.

The soundproofing in the bathroom wasn't perfect. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.
