superior garden king spacious room warm welcome bad stairs bird droppings chair absence

My Superior Garden King room was spacious. The staff always gives a warm welcome. Jackie at the restaurant cared for me every time I dine. Rey from banquet also offered great service.

The stairs down to The Club are very bad. The sun beds appear to have bird droppings. My room's terrace had only one chair.

strong air conditioning unreliable shuttle

The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of options. The staff was polite.

The room felt quite dated. The air conditioning was too strong. I couldn't adjust the temperature enough, so it was uncomfortably cold all night. The promised shuttle service was unreliable. I waited over an hour one morning and ended up taking a taxi.

My room had a large bathroom with provided amenities. The television had international channels available. I liked the views overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was very nice and had many local options.

The shower water could have been hotter. It was just a bit more than lukewarm.
