The hotel had valet parking. I appreciated the convenience after a long drive. The location provided easy access to shopping areas. A short walk got me to the palaces and the city center. It was a very clean hotel, I did like that.

The window levers in my room were a little loose when I tried opening them.

Check-in was not smooth. I had to wait an hour past the stated check-in time. Then, after I finally got the key, a housekeeper told me she needed another 20 minutes (unacceptable after waiting an hour already!). the room had dog hair everywhere, yet I have no pets. The shower pressure was very weak too.

The hotel had a modern decor with a focus on red tones. my room was large. It featured a window facing the street. i also appreciated the spacious walk-in robe near the entrance. It provided ample room for all my luggage.

I experienced some noise because my room faced the street. The sound of trains and traffic honking persisted throughout the day and night. getting restful sleep was a challenge. additionally, i found it difficult to obtain enough towels when i first arrived. I had to request them multiple times.

i encountered a good and efficient receptionist. the staff demonstrated hospitality! one of the staff drove some guests to the gare, which shows amazing customer service. every employee spoke with each other.

the location was amazing, very close to everything i wanted to see. covered underground parking was a great plus, and the courtyard was a highlight for breakfast. the staff proved very friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location proved excellent. It was quite easy to reach the main attractions by foot. The breakfast was good (the pastries are a must-try).

The room I was assigned was a bit small. There was a noticeable disinfectant smell upon my arrival. The bar closed early (at 11 PM) after returning from an evening in the city.
