a great stay indeed

i experienced amazing service at the front desk. my room included complimentary snacks and beverages, a pleasing touch. the restaurant had skilled bartenders, a enjoyable experience overall.

the fire bar experienced overcrowding during peak hours. it was difficult to find a place to sit. this overcrowding somewhat diminished the otherwise great atmosphere.

I found the club double room spacious. the minibar offered a great selection. the complimentary tins added a geordie charm. we spent an evening in fire. The atmosphere was great. the staff seemed attentive, and the drink selection was varied. breakfast the next morning was very good. it featured a nice continental spread and plenty of cooked options.

the restrictive drop off seemed to limit the cars.

i was impressed by the club double room. the room was quite large compared to others i have stayed in (it had a great vibe). the full english breakfast offered a good start to the day. i will definitely recommend this to family and friends.

the television remote did not work, as the battery was depleted.

the location is excellent due to its proximity to both the city's bars and restaurants. the main shopping area is within a short, five-minute walk, so all needs are met. this makes exploring the city very convenient.

the reception staff was very friendly and cute. concierge jorge explained the story, also providing complete information about nearby attractions (i found this very useful). the service from start to finish was spot on.

The hotel features a courtyard entrance, that creates an excellent first impression. the fire bar has well-curated food and cocktails. Ina, zach and cathal offered great service. the bedroom design is gorgeous with well-executed details throughout the hotel.

The location is very convenient, providing easy access to various establishments.

I found the noise level in the Station Masters Suite, situated on the 3rd floor, to be excessive due to music emanating from nearby bars. This impacted the overall quality of my stay..
