A very nice stay!
free parking working pub dark curtains
I found convenient free parking readily available. meals were available on-site and i enjoyed the benefits of a working pub. the room had dark curtains. This ensured i slept soundly.
i have a minor issue, the room was a bit cold because the radiators needed servicing.

The location provided excellent access to nearby historical sites. its setting allowed for convenient exploration of battle, hastings, bodiam castle, and batemans. It was a good base for regional discovery.

perfect location friendly staff good breakfast
the location suited my needs perfectly. staff members displayed helpfulness and friendliness. my included breakfast tasted good and offered substantial portions. The staff made Sure our forgotten passports were sent back to us safely.
I want to say only that Most of the wall lights in the room were very dim. Some lights did not function. This made it difficult to prepare for my outing. The heater was too small for the room.

large room excellent breakfast friendly staff
the room was large and spotlessly clean. the breakfast was excellent and the service was great. the staff was really good and friendly.
the room could have been cleaner , it was also very cold as radiators needed bleeding.

unfinished ceiling dim lights
the room had great facilities, i suppose.
The wall lights barely worked, some weren't working at all. It was difficult getting ready. the ceiling also looked unfinished. it definitely needed some work.

underwhelming stay, noise and cleanliness issues
early noise bathroom door
the location of the hotel was acceptable.
The noise was quite disruptive. Hoovering and banging started at 7 am. additionally, the bathroom door did not shut properly. i found it inconvenient that the kettle was on the opposite side of the room from the cups and fridge.
