subway access convenient access world trade center damp issues wet floor ceiling dampness
the subway was directly outside the building. this was very convenient for getting around (i especially liked how easy it was to get downtown). i found a deli in the building that sold pizza and fajitas. the view of the one world trade center was great.
the first room i was given had damp issues. i noticed wet floor signs outside and dampness in the ceiling. the hotel did move me to a new room the next day (but it was still inconvenient).
The hotel had a good breakfast with fresh fruits. Pastries were also available each morning. The location worked great (it was near a subway station). All staff members were friendly and helpful.
The hallways seemed small, they also had a not so pleasant odor. I found the bedrooms quite tiny. The soundproof at rooms wasn't good, I could hear corridor noises.

small room noisy environment
The location was convenient for accessing public transportation.
My room was quite small and felt cramped, there was limited space to move around. I found the noise levels disruptive and I struggled to get a good night's sleep because of the sound coming from outside and from the AC. Also the refrigerator was not working properly, a big problem.
