i am grateful for the prompt service provided throughout my visit. all requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the convenience of morning coffee and muffins in the lobby. the newly renovated rooms were VERY stylish and comfortable.

i noticed the cocktail list at the celon bar was unexpectedly small. this limited the drink options seeking a broader selection. I hope they increase the choice soon.

The staff at the front desk handled my early arrival efficiently. They stored my luggage until my room was ready.

I found that the mini bar lacked variety. The selection included only basic soft drinks and a few snacks, but no fresh options. I expected more choices for a hotel of this standard. The prices were also considerably higher than nearby stores.

The location is convenient, and subway stops are a short walk away. My room was recently renovated and gorgeous. Apples and chocolate were available at the front desk (that was a lovely touch).

The hotel decor lacked vibrant colors.
