skyline views path train friendly staff dirty pool slow elevator food contamination
the views of the skyline are very beautiful. the path train station is close. the staff are friendly, i think. breakfast was good, i found plenty of options.
the pool area was not clean at all. i saw food around. the pool did not look maintained. the elevators was a bit slow, i waited a while sometimes.

downgraded room refund issue
the location suited my needs for exploring the surrounding area quite well I could easily access local attractions.
the room I booked months ago was not available upon arrival I received a downgraded room with a river view instead of the promised city view this bait-and-switch tactic was infuriating the hotel initially offered a refund but then shorted the amount requiring a credit card dispute to get the rest of my money back.

excellent Manhattan views.
amazing view spacious room path station
i found the view amazing. my double room, two double beds new york city view, was spacious. i especially appreciated the proximity to the path station, it really made getting around so simple.

Lovely Manhattan Views
great help helpful directions water views morning runs
Ronald Haynes was very helpful. He gave great directions and tips. Jasmine at the front desk was also very helpful. I will stay here every time I visit. It's a good place for morning runs along boardwalks with water views.
The on-site restaurant does not serve dinner, so delivery was needed.

The room had an amazing view of Manhattan. Bed and pillows allowed for restful sleep. Rooms are very spacious with enough room for luggage and a comfortable seating area.

The staff provided great customer service indoors and outdoors. Prabhat and James delivered above-average service. Danyelle at the front desk checked me in very quickly after my late flight.

The location is close to a playground and ferry terminal. The PATH station is just ten meters away. The surrounding area is very immaculate. It is located directly on the Hudson river.

The breakfast buffet is very complete and offers many options. Morning associates are really caring and friendly. James has in-depth knowledge of the dinner menu. Prabhat.

The hotel has been recently renovated and looks very fresh. The kiddie park was a favorite spot for my kids. There is a pleasant indoor pool that the kids enjoyed. It was very calm.

the room was a double room with two double beds. i found easy travel to new york through the subway. the staff were friendly and helpful too.
