the free airport pick-up was useful.

The cleanliness was not up to par. I found the toilet inside the room unclean. also, i was only able to get more than a liter of drinking water after specifically requesting it. after my stay, i sent emails asking for an invoice, but i received no response.

the room was quite spacious. i stayed in an executive room. the breakfast was good (it had lots of options). the hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to the airport.

the furniture seemed a bit old. i also noticed there was no bidet in the bathroom. the staff member who helped with luggage was quite insistent on receiving a tip (i felt it was a bit much).

i stayed one night in a classic king room the bed was comfortable the room had blackout curtains the bathroom included a hairdryer. the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport it runs 24 hours a day this was very convenient for my early morning flight

The complimentary airport transfer was right on time and easy to find. It made our arrival so smooth. The hotel breakfast buffet had a great selection. I was happy with the professional staff, clean room, and comfortable design. The pool was beautiful too.

The pillows offered were too soft for my preference, but it was a minor issue.

Staff tracked my flight to provide a complimentary airport transfer. All staff were very responsive and helpful. There was no need to book a transfer from the hotel in advance as it was on demand.

This hotel is very close to the airport. It is ideal for late arrivals or early departures. You can see the hotel easily after stepping outside the terminal. The hotel offers a courtesy bus for those who need it.

The transfer to the terminal was very quick. reception staff was great, they also provided room service to take cases to the room. i appreciated the free airport shuttle. It ran on demand.

the toilet inside my room was unclean and lacked a toilet brush during my entire stay.
