the hotel staff were very helpful. the location is excellent and is close to all the main attractions and activities. the lobby is beautifully designed and creates a great first impression.

i was charged for breakfast despite it being included . i asked for clarification several times. i expect a reimbursement soon.

the hotel design was so elegant. i loved the furniture, and EVERYTHING looked so classy. my room was quiet even it faced a bustling street. once i closed the balcony door, complete serenity prevailed.

the minibar in my room was empty. that was the only thing i can complain about.
