fantastic entertainment animation team additional space

The activity leaders provided fantastic entertainment. The animation team seemed to love their work! The room included a balcony. It provided additional space to relax after a long day.

The snack options at the bar were limited after dinner.

Lovely Hotel for Families

friendly staff good pools fresh towels

The staff were friendly and helpful I found. The pools were quite good and lifeguards supervised well. Rooms were cleaned daily plus fresh towels were provided. The card system worked well for all-inclusive services as well.

The food was a little bland and not too exciting I thought.

The rooms included air conditioning and multiple power sockets. The shower had good power and provided consistent hot water. I was happy with the room size for my family and the provided storage.

Breakfast offered pancakes with Nutella that my child loved. The restaurant got busy at times nevertheless the staff worked to clear tables. I noticed you can't take food out of the restaurant at any time.

great variety friendly staff

I really enjoyed the variety of food available. There were so many choices. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the cleaners ensured the rooms were always tidy. They were very efficient. the animation team provided regular activities for all ages, great!!!

great entertainment games area kids activities pool access coffee availability card system

the hotel had fantastic entertainment for kids (my little ones loved it). duarte in the games area really kept reuben happy before our bus ride home. there were many shows and activities all day and evening. i thought it was perfect.

the all-inclusive system wasn't great for me. you couldn't use the pool until 10 am and coffee wasn't available until 11 am. changing towels cost one euro each time and drinks often required a 15-minute wait. this setup used a card system, which wasn't my favorite.
