the location on the mountain was great for walking. staff were very friendly. the half board option had plenty to choose from at both meals and staff were very attentive. it was good to see the ski slops TOO.

our room felt old for the price asked. there was a generator or something close to the hotel room i stayed in and all night was doing noise. i asked for a couple bed but they gave me 2 beds together NOT good.

The location provided amazing views. The staff was very helpful to the group I traveled with. The hotel's Restaurante Medieval was wonderful and the food tasted good. Everyone was very cute.

I was taken by surprise by some rules. The swimming cap was mandatory and I had to pay for one. The bathroom did not look relaxing. It looked like a hospital. I expected more towels at a four-star hotel, but I had to rent swimming pool towels.

I thought the location was great! The staff helped store my bike. That was super useful. I enjoyed chilling in the pool after biking. It was refreshing. I also appreciate how the hotel works with people with special needs. That's really cool.

The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned when I arrived, a big letdown! The toilet seat was broken too. It felt cheap. Some of the towels even had holes in them. Not great quality at all.

The hotel provided great accommodation with a separate lounge area. i liked the inclusion of tvs in both the lounge and bedroom. the bright bathroom offered plenty of space, which i found very useful. the half board package was a real highlight. The evening buffet had something for everyone.

The room felt a little cold. Maybe a thicker blanket would have made it perfect.

the pool looked great but a cap was required for use.
