missing facilities partially used shampoo
the room had more than i needed for my stay. (it had a large wardrobe, excellent)
i found the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room quite disappointing. i had to request these items from reception, and this was not a complimentary service. the shampoo in the bathroom looked to be partially used, which i found unhygienic.

The building has excellent architecture and beautiful design. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, close TO the center and easy to access. The hotel offered special treats for my dog, which i appreciated.
The restaurant prices were high compared TO other options in portugal.
