Breakfast included many choices. I found fresh omelettes upon request. Lots of fresh fruit existed. seeds, nuts, and yoghurts. The hotel staff served tea and coffee right at my table. I really enjoyed the polite service.

The hotel had wild cats around the dining area, which could be a problem for people with allergies. The restaurant charged excessive prices for drinks and I didn't like it.

The outdoor gym has lovely views. I could use it in the mornings. It included multiple pieces of equipment. I noticed there were spa services available, such as massage rooms.

The jacuzzi beautiful room with sea view was AMAZING. Free toiletries were of HIGH quality. The staff was always ready to help, showing genuine care and attentiveness.

The gym equipment was limited. it was adequate for a vacation workout.

This hotel had an AMAZING location overlooking the sea and mountains. Elounda is about 20 minutes walk along the sea front on a pebbled path. The walk was quite lovely.

Wonderful Stay with Great Service

I stayed for several nights and found the check-in process very friendly. I received a fortunate room upgrade that featured sea and mountain views facing Spinalonga Island. The room had lovely furniture and a cozy terrace with a great view. The hotel is located nicely for views and is not too far from the nearby town.

Staff members are friendly, kind, and service-minded. The staff in the dining room were very good too provide each one with the food she needed, always with a smile. I was grateful for their attention to detail.

Pools are lovely saltwater pools without a chlorine smell. Plenty of sunbeds are available near the pools. The hotel felt very new. The hotel features modern rooms and design. The private jacuzzi was especially nice.

The location provides excellent views. It is not far from the nearby town. I found the location provided the best view from all three hotels I used in Crete. The hotel has a quiet atmosphere.
