The breakfast service was very efficient. There was a good variety of foods. Dinners in the specialised restaurants were of a high standard. The barbecue was a highlight.
The raki was too strong. A lighter version should be provided. I also think prebooking of restaurants should be available on the online app platform

The pools were pretty and spread around the resort. I think there were six in total.
We booked based on great reviews but our experience was a let down. The cleanliness of the room was subpar. The tea and coffee area hadn't been cleaned for over a week. I suspect the same dirty mop was used across all rooms. My daughters slipped and bruised themselves. Management was indifferent.

The variety of activities and restaurants was excellent, providing everything one could need! Service was prompt. The staff were well-trained and eager to assist. Facilities specifically for children was superb. My kids loved it. The food quality was amazing. It consistently tasted fresh and flavorful!!!

The room included a comfortable king-size bed and a separate area with twin beds for children. This provided ample space. A balcony offered a partial view of the sea, and the room had blackout curtains. Two sinks were very convenient for our family.

Staff members were genuinely friendly and always ready to help. Regular calls came to ensure our needs were met. The hotel manager personally spoke to us twice to guarantee a stress-free vacation. Sissi in Customer Services was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet offered EVERY type of food. They refilled each dish regularly, so there was always plenty of food. They had multiple options for water SUCH as water with lemon, or oranges, cucumber, herbs, sparkling water and still water.

musty smellbroken down button
the room i was given was not satisfactory. there was a pervasive musty smell and the air conditioning system was centralized. i could not control the temperature independently, resulting in the main bedroom being freezing and the twin room too hot. i also had trouble with the lift because the down button was broken.
