reasonable stay
hotel parking friendly staff breakfast selection small gym machine issue bathroom ventilation
i found the location convenient for accessing local restaurants. the hotel had parking available. i appreciated that the staff members were friendly. the breakfast offered a good selection of options.
i noticed that the gym was small. i also saw that two of the machines were not connected to power. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. the air conditioning unit was not central.

defective machines cramped area
The gym equipment was a letdown! Several machines were out of service. It was quite annoying. the breakfast area felt cramped, it lacked variety. It definitely didn't meet my expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber. It felt more like a 3-star experience.

totally amazing stay
perfect location friendly staff awesome balcony harbor view
this hotel is totally amazing! the location is seriously perfect, right near the port, so arriving from the ferry was super simple. the staff was really friendly and always eager to assist, i felt totally welcome. my room had this awesome balcony where i chilled and checked out this awesome view of the harbor!
i did notice that the gym felt a little tiny, maybe it can get more equipments.

The breakfast spread included loads of options and i tried fresh pastries. the rooftop restaurant was great. The food was tasty and it had totally amazing views. i totally loved the restaurant.

every single person working at the hotel were helpful, happy and friendly. the reception staff were super efficient during check-in. the staff totally helped me about restaurant suggestions. everything was really efficient.

my room was spacious and super clean with modern decor. the bed was super comfy and i had a awesome sleep. i even checked out the rainfall shower, it was totally perfect and spacious!

The hotel location is just fabulous as it is super near the port. i walked to downtown and found lots of cool restaurants. lots of tours pick you up right from this hotel. This is great, it is so central!

Reasonable stay near the port
helpful staff breakfast variety luggage assistance insufficient soap
The location was quite useful for accessing the port and pedestrian areas. The morning breakfast had an really good variety. The staff was also super friendly , and I found them helpful.
I booked a Junior Suite with sea view , but I noticed several issues. There was no one to help with the luggage upon arrival. The soap provided in the room seemed insufficient for two people.
