damaged shirtterrible service
the laundry service damaged one of my shirts. they then claimed it was already damaged. i paid the bill, i was still disappointed. it really soured the otherwise positive experience.

The rooftop restaurant was amazing. I ate there for two nights. the team was very great. keo puthiraksa, specifically, was superb. he was very helpful and informative.

fantastic gem!

I think this place has a five-star standard. the rooftop bar and restaurant impressed me, it had super nice views. i found every staff member polite and helpful, a real win. the magnificent lemongrass scent when i entered set such a calming tone. I loved it!
the hotel's credit card machine seemed to have issues. they really need to maintain those machines well.

The swimming pool area is a definite highlight. i spent a lot of time there and had so much fun. the hotel offers a gym. It is great for keeping up with your exercise routine during your stay.

Breakfast has a very good buffet. i especially enjoyed the spread of choices and the quality of ingredients used. the restaurant prices were very competitive. This made dining in convenient and affordable.

The staff was very respectful and accommodating. They greeted me upon entry and departure. The room included a fridge, kettle, and hairdryer. The bathroom was big. Breakfast offered a lot of choice.
I noticed a very slight delay during check-in, the process could be a little faster.

The room was clean. The furniture looked relatively new and well-kept. Air-conditioning worked well. It was relatively quiet, made my sleep much better.

The front desk team always greeted me. Staff provided help arranging transport when needed. Keo Rathana did an excellent job handling my reservation. The bell boy was also very helpful with luggage.

Breakfast is on the 12th floor at Chantrea restaurant. Crews at the restaurant always asked politely if I preferred to order from the menu. There was always a beautiful view from rooftop restaurant. The evening food was perfect!

The hotel location is very central. Abundant food establishments are within a short walk. The hotel has a swimming pool just beside the restaurant. Aeon Mall is nearby. It is a good place for shopping.

The laundry service was a letdown. They damaged one of my shirts, and claimed it was already in that condition. I ended up paying the bill, though I was not happy with the poor service or the implication that I was being dishonest.
