the location offered convenient access to coastal paths, i found it very quiet. breakfast included a good range of options and was freshly prepared. our room included wooden beams and it was warm. i especially enjoyed the powerful, hot shower.

the bathroom sink was a bit small for my liking.

the barn owl room featured a large, comfortable king-size bed. premium tea and coffee were available. i found the en-suite bathroom very well appointed (i loved the view).

The room lacked a full-length mirror. That would have been helpful.

The location was fairly peaceful.

The bed was hard. It was not comfortable. The lack of a mirror near a plug was inconvenient when I needed to dry my hair. I also found the bathroom sink too small.
