cold showerinaccessible plugs

i found a few problems that bothered me. the shower never got hot, it was just cold. finding accessible plugs in the room was impossible. i struggled to fill the kettle because of this. the food was not terrible, but it was not amazing either. it seems like there is need for improvements.

I discovered upon returning from a wedding late at night that the bedsheets were soiled and uncleaned from the previous guests. Finding no staff available, i was forced to sleep in those sheets.
