great hotel with minor setbacks

i enjoyed the amazing restaurant dinner. the service was excellent and attentive. the breakfast presentation was beautiful and offered a good start to the day. i appreciated the locationwith a peaceful atmosphere.

i found the air conditioning in the room to be not very effective. it struggled to cool the room adequately, especially during hot weather. a painting also fell off the wall (it gave me a little surprise).

the location was pretty with a nice view. the grounds did have many spots to sit.

the air conditioning in my room it was not effective during a very hot period. a painting did fall off the wall, and the toilet had a flushing problem , made a constant noise. drink service near the pool was not available and when approached, the staff member was unenthusiastic and impolite. breakfast service was lacking expected quality such as scrambled eggs and bacon, and coffee was machine-made instead of freshly prepared.

carolina welcomed us warmly, our room was ready early for our honeymoon. a lovely welcome in our room. the room was super clean and comfortable. the pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation.

The gym was a bit small. It only had a treadmill and some free weights, though i still managed a decent workout.

The location was really good. Its beauty held my heart captive. the outdoor pool was refreshing. the restaurant offered delicious meals, each bite a serenade to my taste buds. breakfast featured good options served on the terrace with a beautiful view.

the air conditioning unit in the room struggled to keep up with the summer heat. it created a slight discomfort despite the otherwise perfect setting.
