delicious options attentive service special stay
The breakfast was fantastic. I found plenty of delicious options. sophie and nid provided great service. i also received a complimentary upgrade, such a lovely surprise! andra and yulia.

surprisingly super stay!
clean room comfortable bed great location
the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. the location was also great with easy access to nearby attractions. plus, the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.
i found the parking charge of £9 per day a bit unexpected. i have not usually encountered such a fee at hotels where i have stayed.

the afternoon tea service provided a feast for the senses. the food was AMAZING!!! each tier of the stand was curated carefully, starting with an array of dainty sandwiches. sandwiches were diverse, freshly made, and bursting with flavor.

I appreciated the hotel staff. They were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had many choices. i found the hotel to be very clean. My room was tidy and well kept. i also enjoyed a delicious sunday lunch with roast lamb of excellent quality.
i noticed the ironing board in my room was quite small, making it a bit difficult to use effectively.

my stay included a very clean double room that was comfortably warm. the staff members were polite and always willing to assist. i found the location particularly convenient as it allowed quick access to the nearby station. the check-in process was also flawless, which saved me a lot of time.
the hotel car park charged a fee per night, which i did not expect until receiving an email shortly before my stay.

the room walls proved quite thin. sounds of other guests flushing toilets disturbed my sleep. i also found the early morning light intrusive because of the inadequate curtains.

I found the staff very friendly and ready with answers. breakfast was served by chris, a warm and lovely lady. i especially enjoyed the onsite parking. It was a nice bonus and removed any worry about finding a space. it added a layer of convenience to my stay.
the room had a blind that wasn't a blackout blind, and the sun woke me up early.
