Really good Studios with Stellar Service

rainfall shower bistro service friendly staff short walk

The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The bistro located beneath the studios features excellent service. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The car park is a short walk away, around 3 to 4 minutes (reception takes care of luggage during parking).

I found that soundproofing could be improved in rooms.

The studios are located close to both the marina and the beachfront area. It is excellent wanting to walk to restaurants. The location provides good access to local amenities and attractions.

The hotel has a bistro that offers great food and takeaway coffees. Breakfast service allows guests to select one item from the menu. The bistro's style and service match the studios' high standards.

The staff is very nice and the communication was efficient. The staff provide 24/7 access to assist guests. The employees were trained well providing platinum plus level customer service .

The complex is beautifully furnished and decorated including the rooms. The room was large with nice functionalities, such as two sinks. The complex itself is sophisticated while maintaining a very relaxing vibe.

helpful staff boutique style cold water heater issue

The suite had a boutique style. It. The staff were also very helpful. I really appreciated their assistance.

The water in the room constantly went cold. I booked a room with a bath, but I could not fill it. The water became cold before filling a quarter of it.

fresh towels many sun beds ideal location

the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. the pool area had sun all day and many sun beds. i found the location ideal with restaurants and shops close by.

The staff member seemed like they were going through the motions. And wasn't particularly present!

Really good Stay

warm welcome birthday cake high service helpful staff

Cristina gave us a very warm welcome for my daughter's birthday. Cristina even arranged a cake and balloons. The customer care service is very high and excellent. The bar staff, housekeepers and the night receptionist were very helpful.

The pool is small, I think more loungers would be great.

The studio was spacious and also very clean. The bed felt comfortable. There was a big bathroom with nice cosmetics provided. Everything was stylish and also luxurious.

Breakfast tasted superb and had many options. Comfy's bistro provided delicious food and drinks. I loved my Piña Colada from the menu. Everyone can find something.

the staff helped with check-in. they were always in a good mood and kind. i appreciated the high level of customer care and excellent service!

mixed experience, some issues noted

poor soundproofing obstructed view

The room i had (i think it was supposed to have a sea view) instead faced a tall, ugly apartment building. i had to strain my neck to see any water (sea was visible only from the exterior). the soundproofing was bad. I could hear neighbors and cleaning ladies chatting in the laundry room. (i reported these issues the first night, but no alternative was offered... oh well.)
