AMAZING stay! would go back!

the pool was a fantastic spot to cool down because it was SUPER hot. i got two rooms and they put us in connecting rooms, it was fantastic. bottled water was available plus there is a fridge in each room.
the lobby was not air conditioned which was not good. loose dogs WERE ALLOWED to run through the foyer, it was not good. the receptionist was rude and not helpful.

The building itself was AMAZING. I definitely felt a 5 star experience. the breakfast offered a good variety, which i found quite satisfying. i also appreciated the convenient location, enabling easy access to nearby attractions and points of interest.
I noticed slight wear and tear in some areas. The furniture seemed a bit simple for the hotel's category.

the building impresses, resembling more a castle. Staff was kind and helpful, offering some tips. Self-parking was indeed convenient, being right at the hotel.
the curtains in the room didn't cover the entire window. the curtains were HANGING off the rail. This is not a five star hotel.

The breakfast had good variety. Croissants and bread tasted nice.
I found the spa disappointing. It seemed to lack any real atmosphere. The indoor pool was closed and the water was feeding into a pebbled walking pool infested with parasites. I felt uneasy about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the spa, especially since it cost 20 euros per person, even for hotel guests.
