i found the hotel well located for trips to palermo and the airport. the sea view from my balcony was amazing, especially the sunsets i enjoyed. my room and bathroom were large. the waterslides were definitely a highlight.

the location feels isolated and a taxi is expensive.

the resort is huge. there are many different swimming pools that cater for all ages. live entertainment fills the evenings. the people working here are dedicated and friendly (i really felt welcome). the complex has sports facilities and activities going on all the time.

i noticed the hotel was overcrowded. this led to long queues and waits. it was especially noticeable during peak hours (like at mealtimes). the resort seemed understaffed as a result.

underwhelming stay

poor foodmissing labels

the food was pretty poor, honestly. i don't really like fish, so there weren't many other options besides fish or a single meat choice that was usually pork. some dishes also lacked labels, guessing what the food was. and getting a reservation at the other restaurants was impossible, so we ended up eating out a lot. this defeated the point of getting an all-inclusive package.
