the location was acceptable with a beach nearby.
I had a really frustrating experience with the minibar. It was empty upon arrival and remained that way even after i requested it be stocked twice. honestly, what's the point of a minibar if it's just an empty box?! this really ruined the convenience i was hoping for.

i adored the room upgrade i received! the hotel has such a beautiful smell, it's amazing. breakfast was also lovely, and the ground floor terrace is so beautiful. the hotel's location by the sea really made a big difference!
The sound insulation was not good. i could hear noise from the corridor and the street. This was an issue during morning traffic. the wall in the room had damage and was dirty, which affected the overall look. also the room entrance was obstructed by the doors!

i loved the rooftop pool, it was beautiful. the provided breakfast box was a lifesaver. i swam in the ocean as the hotel is right next to bacvice beach!
the small towels were a bit disappointing. i found them not freshly changed at times, even after i asked. i thought the hotel lacked a bit of warmth too.

the room was clean and spacious. the location was great, a public beach sits right across the street. breakfast had many options with fresh fruit, pastries, cheese, and meat. staff were helpful and polite during the entire stay.
sound insulation in the room was not good enough i heard a lot of noise from the corridor.

the room had separate toilet and shower areas. this was a nice feature i appreciated. the size was big, offering plenty of space to move around. i find this addition very practical.

the hotel offers peach juice and damp towels upon arrival. i found this detail particularly nice after a long trip. the staff exhibited good english skills, always ready to assist with any request that i had.
