the resort location is great , with easy access to the beach. the breakfast had many options , and i liked it. the rooms were clean and well kept , which i appreciated. the staff was friendly and helpful , providing good service.

the breakfast included a great variety of meals.

The restaurant service proved very poor. The head waiter was particularly unhelpful. i asked for a table in the quieter area but was refused repeatedly, even when it was empty. this was a disappointing experience.

The breakfast buffet had a great choice and was constantly replenished. Dinner was also a good buffet, offering simple but honest food. Housekeeping was especially great.

I thought it was pretty bad form that guests had to pay for the sun loungers on the private beach. Music around the pool was unnecessarily loud at times. The pool bar workers should be more aware of song choices because one song had numerous expletives and there were very young children around.

Relaxing stay

amazing view friendly staff good variety

I found the staff very friendly. The pools, beach, and views around the hotel were amazing. Breakfast had good variety and tasty food. Everyone could find something suitable for themselves. The wristband room key was very convenient.

Many sunbeds were reserved early each morning with towels. These loungers often remained unused for hours. This made it hard for other guests to find seating.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I especially liked the fresh fruit and pastries (the croissants were divine!). Dinner also featured a great selection, with options to suit different tastes.

The Comfort Double Room Balcony had ample space and a nice view. The beds were very comfortable. I found that the included towels were handy for beach visits.

The hotel has several pools. There are also boat services to go to town every half hour. It is convenient. Pools and beaches have free towels.
