The restaurant service proved very poor. The head waiter was particularly unhelpful. i asked for a table in the quieter area but was refused repeatedly, even when it was empty. this was a disappointing experience.

The breakfast buffet had a great choice and was constantly replenished. Dinner was also a good buffet, offering simple but honest food. Housekeeping was especially great.

I thought it was pretty bad form that guests had to pay for the sun loungers on the private beach. Music around the pool was unnecessarily loud at times. The pool bar workers should be more aware of song choices because one song had numerous expletives and there were very young children around.

I found the staff very friendly. The pools, beach, and views around the hotel were amazing. Breakfast had good variety and tasty food. Everyone could find something suitable for themselves. The wristband room key was very convenient.

Many sunbeds were reserved early each morning with towels. These loungers often remained unused for hours. This made it hard for other guests to find seating.
