really good riva experience

fresh options stylish restaurant helpful staff

the location was excellent for exploring local attractions. the included breakfast offered a variety of fresh options. the hotel features a stylish restaurant, providing an atmosphere with very tasty meals. i had an issue with the safe, it was promptly resolved by the helpful staff.

The elevator was a bit slow. I occasionally opted for the stairs.

the reception staff was consistently attentive and helpful. staff members ensured a seamless experience. i did notice the staff always smiled when i passed them in the corridor, so this made me happy.

totally awesome stay!

helpful team killer tips great variety

this hotel really rocks! i could not believe it, there are two restaurants there. the reception team was super helpful and gave me killer tips for exploring. breakfast? off the chain! so much variety and everything i ordered tasted great, i just ate it all!

the only tiny thing i can even mention is i wish there were a full-length mirror in my room for checking my outfits.

the location is perfect to access everything, no hills or cobblestones. the building sits opposite the water. it's also super close to attractions and transport, and i really enjoyed my walks.

unfriendly staff loud house keeping

The restaurant staff did not seem cute at all. I felt a lack of hospitality. house keeping was very loud early each morning right outside my door. I had to ask them to keep it down, though it didn't help much.

I appreciated the convenient parking. Our room was super clean during the entirety of my stay. The staff altered dishes to accommodate dietary needs. The breakfast included great choices for all diets.

The hotel could use a little more soundproofing. The noise from the hallway was noticeable at times.

The restaurant offered excellent seafood. Breakfast, served until 12:00, provided a large choice 'à la carte'. It resembled more of a brunch than a simple breakfast. The quality was very high.

The front desk operates 24 hours. The staff are helpful and very kind. They provided assistance with luggage. Their attentiveness greatly enhanced the stay. The service was very efficient.

The hotel sits right next to the sea. It is fifty yards from the Cathedral. All the important sites are within walking distance. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the included breakfast offered a wide array of choices. there were many fresh options available each morning. the location was good, it was close to many things. parking was easy to access.

housekeeping staff were talking loudly outside the room early in the morning. this happened on multiple days. the staff in the restaurant were not cute. the food in the restaurant was disappointing.
