A decent experience overall
hot options cold options friendly staff self serve old furnishings hotel quality low quality high price
the breakfast was quite nice with both hot and cold options. The buffet was self serve. It was quick and easy. The breakfast staff were also lovely, THEY were so friendly and on the ball.
my room was below average. Old furnishings existed. The mattress was comfortable, but the duvet and pillows were not hotel quality. I THINK the hotel is overpriced.

Excellent Stay, Great Service
excellent quality family-friendly pool
the breakfast was a fabulous experience with excellent quality food. dining in the bar and restaurant was also a highlight. the playground on site proved to be a big bonus for my kids, it helped them burn off energy before bedtime. the leisure club provided a good-sized, family-friendly pool.
i noticed there was no lift in the building, i was on an upper floor. carrying heavy bags up the stairs presented a challenge. it might pose an issue with mobility concerns.

the hotel had a great location. it was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. the surrounding area felt safe and accessible.

breakfast included local offerings that were tasty. there was a wide range of choices. evening meals were plentiful in both the bar and restaurant. there was a wine list with good wines available by the glass.

the leisure club includes a good size pool that is family friendly. the gym area features three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. on-site playground facilities provide ample space for children, i consider this a real plus.

family room buffet breakfast helpful personnel old furnishings broken handles tiny tv
the family room proved comfortable. dinner at the restaurant was enjoyable, offering quality dishes. the buffet breakfast was very good, with a wide selection. personnel demonstrated a willingness to assist.
rooms were below average with old furnishings. the mattress was comfortable, but the duvet and pillows lacked the quality i expect. windows in the rooms had broken handles. the tv was tiny with poor reception, rendering it useless.

heartfelt memories
wide selection enjoyable place
the breakfast here IS something special, with a wide selection of local products and really delicious options. the staff was super efficient and good-natured, it feels like A genuinely happy place to work. i ate both in the bar and restaurant and enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere

prompt service high standard super clean room lack elevator hard bed back pain
i was impressed with the prompt service. staff brought water to cleanse the pallet before a perfectly cooked steak. i found the room super clean. its standard were high.
i found no elevator. i had to carry luggage up stairs. beds in room were hard. i developed back pain.
