traffic noiseunresolved issue

the room was not as soundproof as i expected i could hear traffic noise throughout the night it impacted my sleep quality the coffee machine was also not working properly despite reporting it to the staff nobody fixed it i found this frustrating it was inconvenient to go downstairs each time for coffee the lack of resolution was disappointing

The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked if the sauna could be used. They offered to heat it for an additional hour at 10 PM. I received a complimentary upgrade, and the suite was wonderful. I appreciated the kindness.

The breakfast seemed very nice in pictures, but it was disappointing considering its cost. The tables weren't cleaned fast enough.
