The hotel's location is really good. I even observed the northern lights right from the hotel! i received slippers and bathrobes promptly upon request. the saunas offered great relaxation after a day of exploring.

The staff was really good and provided lots of information at check in. i requested the aurora wake up call and received it. That was great! the food tasted amazing and one staff member gave me honey and lemon when i had a sore throat. It really charmed me.
The hot tub was not available. It's really a pity, though i know it can happen.

The staff provided helpful service during check-in and also during dinner. I requested honey for my tea because i wasn't feeling well and they also gave me lemon. The staff are very polite and well organized. I appreciate that the location allowed viewing of the northern lights.

the restaurant menu was somewhat limited. i wanted more variety. the hot tub had an additional fee. the room above was noisy. i could hear furniture moving around.
