the staff was friendly and the breakfast included a nice assortment of items

i found the room temperature difficult to regulate it was either too hot or too cold the provided toiletries were not of satisfactory quality i expected higher quality given the hotel's rating

lack of elevator slow wi-fi

i wasn't thrilled there was no elevator. hauling luggage up those stairs reminded me of a cruel joke. and the wi-fi? don't even get me started. it was slower than a snail in molasses. i practically lived off my data plan.
