Fantastic stay with personal touch

The hosts were helpful when arranging our arrival time and advice on nearby parking. On arrival, there was a warm welcome and fascinating information about the building's history. The location was AMAZING, easy to find, with local parking nearby, and right on the waterfront. I was REALLY pleased overall and would definitely recommend it to others.
I found that the standard double rooms are a little too small. I kept hurting my leg on the edge of the bed while walking round to get to the toilet. The double bed is short in length, I think intentionally, because a standard size will not fit the room.

The Beautiful King Room was bright and well appointed, overlooking the esplanade. The room featured two floor-to-ceiling Georgian windows with beautiful shutters and comfortable furniture. The room offered ample space for luggage and personal belongings.

The owner provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. They greeted us with a smile each morning, asking about our previous day's excursions. I was given notes on where to park, and all my questions were answered.

The breakfast room was comfortable. The hotel offered cake in the lobby entrance. The hotel was easy to find and beautifully decorated to a high standard.

Breakfast was lovely and freshly made to order, with a good choice of cereals, nuts, and seeds. Natural yogurt with homemade fruit compote was offered, followed by a choice of cooked breakfasts. The breakfast room was super clean and beautifully presented.
