Mixed feelings about THE stay

basic gym noisy location

The chambermaid did an excellent job. The room was clean.

The gym was REALLY basic. Breakfast felt modest. The location was noisy at night with bars nearby, a major disturbance.

mold smell damp room

My room had a strong mold smell. The air conditioning always reverted to 20°C, so the room was damp all the time, and my belongings were damp. The bar staff and receptionists didn't smile at all. It was quite a miserable experience. I expect better from hotels these days.

The room was a good size. It included a wide desk and a giant TV screen. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower. The air conditioning controls showed temperature calibrations.

There were no drawers for clothes.

helpful staff convenient location complimentary snacks

I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The location is very convenient and close to many attractions. The room had complimentary snacks and drinks that were refilled daily. Breakfast offered good variety with local dishes available.

The wardrobe was small. I found only hanging space available. There were no drawers for storing clothes so I had to live out of my suitcase

lovely furniture balcony view cold dishes artificial juice

the room itself was really quite nice and clean. i appreciated the balcony with its calming view. it included some lovely furniture.

i found the breakfast selection a bit disappointing. many dishes seemed a bit too cold. the orange juice tasted artificial, not very enjoyable for me.
