the room was modern , and it was also very clean. the bed was comfortable. i found the room's design to be beautiful , it felt very luxurious.
the queue for check-in was quite long , and after checking in at 2pm , i had to wait until after 3pm for my room keys.

the room we got, a space suite, was pretty good. it had lots of room and the design felt modern. the sky pool access was a big plus, i liked the views from up there.
breakfast was a little too crowded. it was hard to get a table sometimes and there was always a long line for the coffee machine.

The staff was generally polite and tried their best. i needed help with my luggage and they responded quickly. also the reception was easy to reach with requests and questions. They mostly provided detailed and helpful information.

Acceptable, but Issues Present
slow check-ininsufficient toiletries
The check-in process took a significant amount of time. The staff member was not cute. The toiletries in the room were miniature. They proved insufficient for the duration of my stay. I also think the hotel should provide heated pools during colder months.
