the breakfast had a lot of options and variety. healthy choices were available. the reception upgraded my room for free since the initial room did not have two beds as requested.

the furniture looked outdated. the room felt more like a student room than a hotel room. it was not what i expected for the price.

cozy hotel experience

i found the breakfast had fresh ingredients and plenty of options. the lobby had a nice atmosphere, very cozy. it's a short walk to lilla torg and the main train station. the staff were friendly, always ready to help with directions.

the heating system did not work properly in my room. i had trouble getting it adjusted to a comfortable temperature. also, there were no phones in the rooms, so i had to use my mobile for everything.

the hotel lobby has a kids corner. it keeps the children entertained, allowing parents to relax a little. i saw the staff maintained it well, always tidy and stocked with toys.

I found the hotel location convenient! it was near the train station, made travel easy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, which i definitely appreciated. The breakfast selection was plentiful and had great variety, it included many healthy options. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable, specifically Frida.

The parking was difficult to find, and the spaces felt cramped.

Surprised by city stay!

location its very great because its close the central station. staff its really very friendly, this is a big plus. I find a beautiful decorations, its great. The room includes all i need, i find bathroom fine, it has all essentials.

the heating system malfunctions a little bit. no phone are present in the rooms.
