The staff were very helpful with taxi bookings and provided water bottles in the fridge daily! Our room was spacious and featured a good shower. Breakfast included varied and plentiful options. there was a terrace for outdoor dining!

The lift queue was sometimes long during peak morning hours.

Breakfast features varied choices. I loved the convenient coffee machines for shorter wait times. You'll enjoy the tasty meals available each evening. The ladies at breakfast provided excellent service between checking people and clearing tables.

Ricardo at reception offers an excellent welcome. I thought he was attentive. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The hotel even allowed a midday check-out. I really appreciated it.

This location is perfect, right in the center of everything. The gondola to Meribel is just a short walk. I found it especially convenient for skiing and exploring the area. Public transport options are easily accessible.

varied selection good size bottled water outdated hotel scratched wall dirty carpet

the breakfast offered a varied selection, which i found pleasing. our room was a good size and had a shower. i appreciated the daily provision of bottled water in the fridge.

i noticed the hotel appears somewhat outdated. i stayed there years ago, and the current state differs significantly. the furniture seemed less glamorous than before with scratched walls, cracks, and dirty carpets.

The staff was always helpful. Ricardo, the night person, was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection of items. I appreciated the location for its easy access to ski resorts.

The spa facilities were partially closed , a little disappointing.
