The staff were very helpful with taxi bookings and provided water bottles in the fridge daily! Our room was spacious and featured a good shower. Breakfast included varied and plentiful options. there was a terrace for outdoor dining!

The lift queue was sometimes long during peak morning hours.

the breakfast offered a varied selection, which i found pleasing. our room was a good size and had a shower. i appreciated the daily provision of bottled water in the fridge.

i noticed the hotel appears somewhat outdated. i stayed there years ago, and the current state differs significantly. the furniture seemed less glamorous than before with scratched walls, cracks, and dirty carpets.

The staff was always helpful. Ricardo, the night person, was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection of items. I appreciated the location for its easy access to ski resorts.
