i enjoyed the location right on the lake shore and near local spots. the room faced the lake and it was such a great view. free parking existed and that was a big plus for me as i drove.

the spa area was too small for many people , and there were only three lounge chairs. this made relaxation difficult as it felt crowded.

the breakfast offered a great variety and everything seemed fresh. i noted there was a very good cocktail bar also and a restaurant with lovely outdoor seating. the setting allowed direct access to the beach , which was convenient.

this location is perfect , and is quiet with a garden by the lake. it is also located very close to the cycle path around the lake , which is useful. the hotel is situated right on lake annecy with fine morning views.

The location provided direct access to the lake. I found several loungers available near the small beach area. The hotel offered a garden, and I noted its direct access to the lake. I used the available cycle path, it connected easily to other cycling routes.

The restaurant lighting lacked warmth, it felt a bit like a conference room.

great breakfast quiet location air conditioner shower drain

The room had an excellent view of the lake. The breakfast also was great and the staff seemed very nice. The location is super quiet. This.

The air conditioner does not worked as expected. The shower did not have hot water on some days. The shower drain become clogged and the bathroom floor flooded.
