Fantastic Stay at a Wonderful Hotel

I had a really great time during my short motorcycle trip. The room felt very cosy. It had all the nice amenities expected of a 4-star hotel. I saw a spa and a pool, though I didn't use them. I plan to use them on my next visit.

The bathroom setup could be a bit better. It would have. I hope this gets addressed for future visits

The breakfast had many options, i must admit.

The staff did not even acknowledge my wife's birthday, i was hoping for SOMETHING special. The room lighting was poor. There also wasn't much storage space. We were constantly tripping over our suitcases and ski gear (this REALLY bothered me).

The breakfast had an amazing selection. The rooms were very clean and spacious! I liked that they had board games available for family time. Live music on the weekend was lovely. The bar areas were great.

The air quality in the room was not ideal. It was very warm and dry. There was also poor noise isolation between floors. It affected my sleep slightly!

The staff was friendly and professional (a big plus for any hotel).

Upon arrival, I was assigned a room with a strong tobacco smoke smell coming from the ventilation. I requested a new room, as staying in the original room was not healthy, and all my belongings smelled of tobacco. The hotel director did not seem to care about this inconvenience. There was also poor noise isolation between the floors.

The room lighting was VERY dim, i found it quite hard to see things properly in the evenings. the room itself also felt a bit cramped, especially with luggage. breakfast was a total MESS. I think that they need to organize it better. THERE was not enough space and people were bumping into each other.
