The staff welcomed us warmly and offered refreshing drinks upon arrival. Katerina gave us a helpful map of the area and shared points of interest. The breakfast buffet was delicious with fresh food options. I especially enjoyed the variety (they were abundant!).

The hotel is located next to a busy road, so some noise is audible, especially on weekend evenings.

WOW Resort Experience!

Katerina and Hope greeted us warmly upon arrival. Kostas made lunch very enjoyable. The hotel rooms were very spacious and clean. I liked that the hotel is a quick ten-minute walk to Fira's main attractions.

The hotel is next to a busy road so I notice some noise. Loud music played Saturday night. I did expect it to be quieter.

the hotel looked somewhat worn. the pool loungers showed signs of age and use (it was noticeable). i found ants in the room and the bathroom at one point. a beetle made an appearance, too. the road nearby caused some noise, especially with loud music on saturday night.

The gym was quite small. It had only a few pieces of equipment (mainly cardio machines) and weights, not enough for a proper workout. I noticed the minibar prices were a bit steep. Some items seemed overpriced compared to local shops, made me think twice before grabbing a quick snack (maybe they assume I'm rich or something?).
