friendly staff villa upgrade great breakfast

the staff was really fantastic. i. i got an upgrade to a villa with my own plunge pool. it was an added bonus. breakfast was great. i did find the dinner menu repetitive, but all the food was excellently presented and very tasty.

the location is wonderful for the beach and bars. several restaurants and shops were an easy walk. i found many choices, all within easy walking distance. it was so easy to get around.

there are two main pools with plenty of sun-beds. the rooms were super clean. the resort reminded me of a calm oasis with the best vibe. it was elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained.

perfect service and wonderful amenities

i appreciated an upgrade to a room with a balinese garden. it even included our own pool (i was very happy). the service around the beautiful pool area was sharp. enisa and other team members were very kind.

the lack of indoor space to eat was a slight problem. all dining is outside, so it was cold some nights while eating.

the location was indeed quite convenient. i found many restaurants and shops within walking distance. the staff seemed helpful when i asked for directions.

the pool area felt too crowded for me. i had difficulty finding an available sunbed . i noticed that the housekeeping service was inconsistent.
