Great Beach Hotel Experience
convenient sunbeds excellent location helpful staff clean pool
The hotel location is excellent with the black sand beach just a two-minute walk away. The hotel provides complimentary sunbeds on the beach, very convenient. The front desk staff arranged a sunset trip to oia and recommended a great restaurant. The pool was clean with plenty of sunbeds available at any time of day (this was a plus!).
The pillows in the room were a bit too large for my preference. the reception quickly provided memory foam ones as an alternative.

The hotel is centrally located near a pedestrian area with many restaurants and shops. The beach is very close, steps away from the hotel. The location provided convenient access to local amenities.

average stay with some disappointments
small window volcanic rock
the rooms were very clean. the housekeeping was fantastic.
i was disappointed i did not have a terrace. i also had no view from the small window. the beach was difficult to enter, because you stood on uneven volcanic rock. it was very difficult to keep one's balance.

Acceptable Stay with Breakfast Issues
cold food poor breakfast quality
The hotel's location right across from the beach was convenient (I could almost roll out of bed and onto the sand).
The breakfast quality was a real letdown. The hot food, including scrambled eggs and sausages, was consistently served cold. This raised food safety concerns, so I ended up skipping it most days (a decision my stomach thanked me for).

Grateful for a relaxing beachfront stay

The staff at the hotel were helpful, especially at reception. Our room was spacious. It included all necessary amenities with a great balcony. The pool had a perfect temperature. The beachfront provided sunbeds and excellent service (which I always appreciate). I found the cleanliness to be very good. I was very relaxed by the pool and at the beach. Breakfast offered a well-stocked selection. I appreciated the Greek breakfast. The hotel offered a private beach area with free sunbeds. Rooms were spotlessly clean every day. My room featured a uniquely shaped shower area (a nice touch!). There was free access to a safe and air-conditioning. The hotel is on the beachfront and offers its own private beach. It is within easy walking distance of the town. The rooms are comfortable. The entire hotel, restaurant, and poolside areas are very clean.

The room was equipped with wooden blinds. They effectively darkened the room for sleeping. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (I plan to upgrade my home setup after this trip).

helpful staff relaxing spa arranged transfers
The front desk staff arranged our transfers around the island, including transport to the port. A young lady at reception ensured all was in order for our next hotel check-in. Spa services were affordable and relaxing, very helpful.
The pillows were a little too big.
