i'm still buzzing from my stay. the private pool was so clean, i used it every day. the staff really looked after me, especially with directions to local spots. i'm already planning my return, that is how good it was!
i found very little i could fault, although the wifi did drop out a couple of times.

The staff were always available, they assisted with all requests promptly. i asked for extra towels. They arrived within minutes. their attention to detail was excellent!!!

the hotel's location allowed easy access to several restaurants and shops. i walked to most places with no issues. it was super convenient, and i never needed a taxi for local trips.

the hotel has a well maintained gym with three treadmills. the pool area includes twenty loungers. i used both daily and always found them clean and ready for use.

Breakfast offered many choices. I loved the fresh fruit and pastries. the coffee was strong. each morning, the service was quick and accurate. They never made an error with my order!!!

My villa was very spacious. It included a separate living area. the bathroom had two sinks. It also featured a rainfall shower. housekeeping kept it super clean. I felt so relaxed and comfortable.

cheap qualitylarge gaps
the breakfast wasn't good. it was a la carte only. i had to order the day before at a specific time. the quality seemed cheap. also, my room had large gaps around the windows and doors. bugs got in. it was not what i expect.

The staff showed great kindness. One morning, i discovered my shoes completely cleaned and dried. this thoughtful action impressed me greatly. the service was always perfect, from the front office to housekeeping and engineering. also the villas were decorated really beautifully.
the gym did not have enough equipment.

my villa included a king-sized bed with many soft pillows and premium bedding. the spacious bathroom had two separate sinks, a bathtub, and a large walk-in rainfall shower that provided immediate hot water.
