I appreciated the staff. They were very nice. They smiled and helped us with every request. We received a room upgrade upon check-in to a room with a pool. It was an awesome surprise! I found having food and snacks available during all hours convenient. They offered many options in different locations of the hotel and neighboring hotel.
I noticed the gym equipment could use some updating. Some machines seemed older. I hope they can improve the gym soon.

the staff were consistently friendly and helpful addressing every request promptly i received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with a private pool this enhanced my stay substantially the gym facilities were well equipped and clean allowing for consistent workouts i found the location ideal with easy access to both the beach and nearby attractions.
i found the minibar selection to be somewhat limited relative to other aspects of the hotel.

The main pool was large and clean, offering ample space for swimming and relaxation. The beach access was seamless, with crystal clear water and WARM, soft sand. Our room had a good amount of storage including lots of coat hangers. The crystal clear water and WARM sandy beach access was effortless.
I noticed that the gym equipment was a little outdated.
